Fifthly, it’s used as a chemical additive in oil fields, such as a clay anti-swelling agent and a thickener for oil field acidification. Sixthly, it’s used as a sizing agent in textiles, providing stable slurry performance, less slurry loss, lower fabric breakage rate, and a smooth fabric surface.
