Core Characteristics and Principles:
Weilangpu high-viscosity polyacrylamide is primarily anionic. Through optimized molecular structure design, the active groups such as carboxyl groups on the molecular chain form strong electrostatic repulsion, promoting full chain extension and constructing a three-dimensional network structure in aqueous solution, significantly increasing the system viscosity. Its solid content is ≥90%, molecular weight reaches 25 million-33 million, degree of hydrolysis is controlled at 30%-45%, dissolution time is ≤60 minutes, and its performance is stable within the range of -10℃ to 60℃ and pH value 4-10.
Core Application Scenarios:
Construction and Building Materials: Adding 0.2%-0.5% to concrete and mortar can lock in moisture, reduce bleeding, enhance crack resistance, and increase compressive strength by 15%-20%. It can also replace traditional adhesives, reducing cement usage by 15%-20%, resulting in a 15%-25% reduction in overall costs.
Oil Extraction: As a drilling fluid thickener, an addition of 0.1%-0.3% can increase mud viscosity by 30%-50%, effectively carrying rock cuttings. It can also be used as a fracturing fluid additive to enhance proppant retention, making it suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure formation environments.
Incense and Ceramics: When mixed with wood flour, spices, and other raw materials, it can improve the flexural strength and molding rate of incense blanks, preventing cracking. In ceramic bonding, it can optimize slurry stability and reduce production losses.

Usage Precautions:
Dissolve in clean tap water at room temperature. Recommended concentration: 0.1%-0.3%. Water temperature should not exceed 40℃. Stirring speed should be controlled at 60-200 rpm to prevent molecular chain breakage.
The dissolved solution must be used within 24 hours to avoid prolonged degradation. Wear a dust mask and gloves during operation to prevent powder inhalation.
The product should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Weilangpu packaging uses an inner plastic film and outer woven bag design for effective moisture protection, with a shelf life of up to 2 years.
